By accessing, purchasing, or using any services, content, or products provided by PeakFit Potential LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("client," "user," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

PeakFit Potential LLC provides in-person and online personal training, fitness programs, nutrition coaching, group training, massage therapy using Theragun devices, and custom meal plans.

3. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old or have written parental/guardian consent. All clients must complete a health and fitness questionnaire before beginning any program.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services. No refunds will be given for unused sessions or early cancellations except in the case of medical emergencies (with documentation). Group training rates are based on total group size. Adding additional participants may affect pricing.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.PeakFit Potential LLC reserves the right to reschedule or substitute trainers due to emergencies or scheduling conflicts.

6. Health Disclaimer

By participating in any PeakFit Potential LLC services, you affirm that you are in good physical health and capable of participating in physical activities. You agree to inform us of any health conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to participating.
